Bharat Thakur's 'Colorful' Life Revealed

There have been gossips surrounding the relationship of Bhoomika and Bharat Thakur from the past few weeks. Although Bhoomika condemned that, still gossip mongers have been spreading the wild news of 'split' mercilessly, foolishly and reasonlessly.

First a Mumbai based news daily broke the gossip. Then it came on to a popular Telugu News channel and from there it crawled on to websites with 'courtesies' to TV channel.

But here is the truth.

As a big slap for entire gossip mongers those tried to throw cold water on the marital relation of Bhoomika and Bharat Thakur, the couple celebrated holi in a grand way a couple of days ago. The pics have come out from the well wishers of the couple.

So these pictures speak volumes about the 'colorful' marital bond of Bhoomika and Bharat Thakur. What the gossip mongers say now? They can say nothing but shutting their mouths!! Curtains are now down for the dark gossips!!

Bhumika lashes out at divorce rumours

Tere Naam gal Bhumika Chawla is extremely upset. Ditto for her husband, the power yoga instructor Bharat Thakur.

Talking to Mumbai Mirror, Bhumika thundered, “It started from an event where I was spotted without Bharat. I have been traveling between Mumbai, Dubai and Hyderabad and wherever I go, does it mean that Bharat has to travel with me all the time? First, it was said that he’s sleeping with a socialite, then it was said that he has taken my money. And now the latest rumour is that I am a victim of domestic violence. I have just come back from Dubai and we had a whale of time. Right now, I am in Mumbai, in Juhu with my mother. She has had an angioplasty. My family met with a massive car accident last year. Is coming back to see your parents filing for a divorce?”

Adds Bhumika, “It was also said that I have filed a police complaint in Bihar. Which police station did I file the complaint in?”

Bhumika and Bharat are considered as disparate as the proverbial chalk and cheese; hubby dearest is considered showy and extravagant, while Chawla keeps a rather low profile.

“That’s right. But does that imply that we are separating from each other? Yes, he loves to show off. He has arrogance and attitude. Tell me, why do you like Salman bhai, why do people love him? Look at his charisma. That’s why he’s running for so many years. If Bharat is showing off, good enough, he is showing off his money, na? Let him do it. And yes, I am a simple, quiet person. If in a relationship two people think alike all the time, then one of them is not required.”

On Bharat’s insistence, Bhumika started a production house, green lighting the firm with a flick called Thakita Thakita which bombed leading to losses worth crores.

Argues Bhumika, “Around that time two other big films had also released and they too bombed. Why don’t people talk about that? If I leave my hubby because a film bombs, isn’t that the most ridiculous reason?”.

Rumour has it that Bharat also got her to invest in a Dubai business venture that also bit the dust. “Absolutely untrue,” Bhumika retorted. “He chooses to let go. But a point came when one of us had to speak. I am simple alright but if you push me beyond a point, I’ll hit you the hardest. How long can I take it?”

Babies? “Yes, hopefully soon. If and when I get pregnant, I hope there are no stories that they are now producing a baby to strengthen their bond. I will have baby because I want to. Why would you want to bring a baby into this world and then make him/her live in hell?"

Buzz is that Satish Kaushik and Vikram Bhatt are planning to make a film with her. “I have no idea. But as for this, I am genuinely happy. If it’s a good script I’ll do it and rock.”

Bhumika to divorce Bharat Thakur?

Rumours doing the rounds in tinsel town suggest Bhumika Chawla, who made her Bollywood debut opposite Salman Khan in Tere Naam (2003) and later married yoga guru Bharat Thakur, has filed for divorce. The couple tied the knot in October 2007.

A friend of Thakur’s was overheard saying that while the couple stays in Hyderabad, they have been living separately since March last year.

“At Bharat’s insistence, Bhumika started a production house with a Telugu film, Thakida Thakita. But it bombed, leading to losses amounting to a couple of crores. He also got her to invest in a business venture in Dubai but it’s not doing well. Last month, she filed a police complaint against him in Hyderabad,” says the friend.

Another Bollywood actor, on condition of anonymity, said he wasn’t surprised to hear this news. “Bharat is flamboyant while Bhumika prefers to keep a low profile. They’re as different as chalk and cheese, so most of their close friends were stunned to hear they got married,” he recalls.

However, Chawla maintains that they “are absolutely fine and happily married.” She adds, “It’s like Chinese Whispers. One paper writes something without proof and others follow. We are fine, thank God.” The actor says that she was in Dubai with Thakur for two months and is currently in Mumbai as her mother underwent a heart surgery recently.

Another friend of the Chawla family declined to talk about the divorce but confirmed that the couple has been having differences for a while now.

Heroine's Joke On Bhumika Backfires!!

The relation between cinema folks and media folks is rather mystifying. It is more of a love and hate thing but at the end of the day, both sides cannot live without each other. This time, it was the turn of this new heroine whose casual statement on a lighter vein ended up landing her in trouble of sorts.

It is heard that recently she was sharing her thoughts with the media when she made a remark on a lighter vein that Bhumika Chawla is her sister. Now, this thing went on record and the press folks asked if Isha took any tips from Bhumika.

That’s when it struck Isha that her light veined remark was taken seriously and from then on, it was the clarifying act from her end. Bhumika Chawla To File For Divorce

Bhumika chawla is said to be on the verge of divorcing her husband Bharath Thakur as per sources.

The couple married in a gurudwara in Nasik in October 2007 and tried their best to get into the news headlines, to remain as celebrities.

Bharat had used Bhumika's money to set up a film magazine Mayanagar which was shut down in a few days. Besides their movie 'Thakita Thakita' also bombed badly leaving crores of rupees loss.

Then Bharat tried to set up Yoga schools in Dubai and allegedly swindled off a lot of her money and even had an affair with high profile socialite.

Sources said that Bharath Thakur developed some new relationship with a high profile client and this made Bhumika Thakur angry.

Though Bharat tried to convince Bhumika's parents that they are just rumours, she is believed to be pissed off with her and is filing for divorce.
